What We Do
Sedgwick Surveying & Safety Services operates throughout Cumbria, North Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales, providing property and health and safety advice as appropriate to domestic and business clients in and around Lancaster, Kendal, Barrow-in-Furness, Keswick and Whitehaven. We can offer advice and assistance to: house buyers, house sellers and those requiring assistance with the home in which they live; landlords and tenants, whether domestic or business; and commercial, industrial and retail operations.
Sedgwick Surveying & Safety Services is operated by Phil Sedgwick, who is a Building Surveyor with 20 years experience in private practice and the public sector. We can offer a bespoke package, tailored to meet the exact requirements of individual clients, from homeowners to commercial and industrial operations. We are completely independent of any organisations providing complementary services within the region, and as such we can assure you that we will always be objective and act in your best interests.
